In 2001, the Spring Lake Memorial Church family and friends sponsored and participated in Phase I of a bond program which build the first 10 senior citizen apartments adjacent to the campus of the church. The residents have enjoyed nearly 10 years of comfortable living due to the support of all who contributed to the bond program.
The time has come again for the Church family and friends to embark on the next phase and complete the last 10 units for the apartment complex through the purchase of bonds where you invest your funds, 401K, IRAs, and other funds. Bonds can be purchase as low as $250 and as high as your method of investment allows. Flyers are available in the front of the church which details the interest you will earn on your investment and types of investment which are availblle. These will be available each Sunday.
